ORDERING INFORMATION

Our minimum order is 15 pieces mix and match of anything we sell or $50.00 minimum order (before shipping) for your first order. You can choose either option. If neither requirement is fulfilled, there will be a $8.95 service charge added to your order.

After your initial order, there are no minimum requirements, you can order whatever you need, whenever you need it.

BULK ORDERING

We offer discounts on bigger quantities of certain items.  If interested in anything bigger than what is shown, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you in your buying needs.
 

SHIPPING**
 

Domestic:
Orders are shipped within 7 business days of receipt of payment.  We ship via 1st Class Mail & UPS.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday only, excluding holidays.

All billing information must be completed at checkout and then it will be verified before shipment can be charged and shipped. In certain instances, additional information may be requested for verification purposes. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
You may pay for your order by Credit Card, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or PayPal.

We accept all major credit cards.
Sorry no COD's or personal checks.

If paying by Money Order or Cashier's Check:
Send your Money Order or Cashier's Check including shipping charges and your items for purchase along with your name, name of company, address, phone # and e-mail address to:

*Please do not forget to add shipping, for this will only delay your order.
*Please put your email address in the memo section of your money order or cashiers check so we can get in touch with you.

*We will send your order out within 7 days of receiving your payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Bank Transfer or PayPal is preferred.

We cannot accept Money Orders, COD's or Personal Checks for international orders.

 

RETURNS & BACKORDERS
 

If you have any problems with your order, please contact our customer service department within 2 business days of delivery.  If you wish to make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number and return the merchandise within 7 business days.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All backorders will be automatically shipped as soon as they become available.  We pay shipping costs on all backorders unless it is combined with your next order.

Price per package is $5.00 . This price includes delivery confirmation.
 
International Orders:
 $14.95 per order, 2-4 items $17.95,  5 or more items $22.95

For Jewelry Boxes, Sandals, Lighters and Watches, extra charges will apply for both domestic and international.  Please contact us for additional rates.
 
 If you desire packing slips or invoices, you may furnish those to us and they will accompany your orders to your customers.
